Noted for its excellent chemical resistance in corrosive environments, polypropylene provides excellent resistance to organic solvents, degreasing agents and electrolytic attack. It is light in weight, resistant to staining, and has a low moisture absorption rate.

Higher molecular weight gives UHMW Polymers its unique combination of characteristics Applications: Inner and outer surfaces for potable water, chemical, fuel and hydraulic hoses, bottom surfaces for skis and snow boards, linings for chutes to decrease friction and wear.
