SUKO manufactures molded PTFE tubes and thick-wall hollow billets in custom sizes. Different outside diameters, inside diameters and wall thicknesses can be produced by changing the mold and central mandrel.

Molded PTFE tube billets can be machined into bushings, sliding sleeves, valve seats, sealing rings, corrosion-resistant sleeves and electrical insulating parts.

Small standardized tubes can use automatic molding equipment. Large or thick-wall billets normally require semi-automatic heavy-duty presses.
