Available Multi-Lumen Structures

SUKO has developed different multi-lumen tubing configurations, including three-channel, four-channel and twelve-channel designs.

We can also produce one large center lumen with five surrounding lumens. Another available structure combines one main lumen, three auxiliary lumens and three independent wire holes.

Each lumen can have a different diameter and function. The channel quantity, position, spacing and cross-sectional arrangement can be adjusted according to the customer’s drawing.

Custom PTFE Tubing Development

Customers can specify:

Outside diameter and tubing length
Diameter and position of each lumen
Minimum wall thickness and lumen spacing
Natural, blue or other custom colors
Dimensional tolerances
Optional surface etching
Required bending or rigidity performance
Sample and batch quantities

PTFE provides smooth internal surfaces, chemical resistance and electrical insulation. Therefore, the tubing can be used for guidewire passages, fluid-delivery channels, sensor routing, pressure-monitoring lines and electrical insulation within precision assemblies.
