In August 2026, SUKO’s Mr. Liu personally traveled to Russia to support a customer with the installation, maintenance and operation of PTFE processing equipment.
The on-site support covered:
- PTFE tube ram extrusion machine
- PTFE tube cutting machine
- Dry grinder
- Vibrating sieve
Downward PTFE Tube Extrusion Layout
The customer installed the PTFE tube ram extrusion machine on a second-floor foundation. During production, the tube moves downward from the upper-level machine, while the tube cutting machine operates below it.
This layout allows the continuously produced PTFE tube to move directly to the cutting area. The operator can set the cutting length according to the product requirements.
The project uses a single-tube extrusion configuration. By changing the die and mandrel, the customer can produce PTFE tubes with different outside diameters, inside diameters and wall thicknesses.
PTFE Scrap Processing Equipment
The dry grinder and vibrating sieve support the processing of suitable PTFE production scrap.
The dry grinder reduces the selected scrap into smaller particles. The vibrating sieve then separates the processed material according to particle size.
During the visit, SUKO operated the equipment and showed the clean processed powder collected after grinding and screening. The actual reuse of processed PTFE material depends on its source, cleanliness and production requirements.
Installation, Maintenance and Technical Guidance
Mr. Liu worked with the customer’s operators on site and reviewed the equipment under actual operating conditions.
The technical support included:
- Checking the installation and foundation layout
- Reviewing the downward extrusion arrangement
- Inspecting the PTFE tube ram extrusion machine
- Checking the coordination between extrusion and cutting
- Guiding the operation of the dry grinder and vibrating sieve
- Reviewing equipment maintenance points
- Explaining operation and parameter adjustment
On-site support allows SUKO to evaluate the equipment layout, operating condition and production process together. It also helps customer operators understand daily maintenance and practical machine adjustments.
