Extruded PTFE rod can work at -180° C ~+260° C and is the best electrical insulator of all known plastics.
PTFE rod can be used as lining, seal components, wire insulation, slide block, gasket, seal, and dielectric material and so on.
Extruded PTFE rod is generally used as machining stock for all kinds of chemical, electrical and mechanical components where the outstanding performance characteristics of PTFE are required. Various fillers are available to modify the properties of PTFE to meet application requirements.
