1. Non‑hardened / Unsintered Material Flow

For waste that has not been heat‑cured or hardened (e.g., edge trims, rejects, soft materials), it is fed directly into a pulverizer machine for high‑speed grinding. The pulverizer uses an impact‑type crushing method to turn the material into uniform powder. After pulverizing, the powder is stored in a hopper or container, awaiting screening.

2. Hardened / Sintered Material Flow

For materials that have been sintered, cured, or have high hardness (e.g., sintered PTFE, thermoset plastics, hard chemical waste), the following pretreatment steps are required:

Cutting Machine – cuts large hard lumps into small, uniform chips.
Washing Machine – removes surface oil, dust and other impurities to ensure powder purity.
Dry Mill Machine – grinds the cleaned chips into powder with controllable fineness. The dry mill is custom‑designed, robust and durable, suitable for tough or hard materials.
Storage – the milled powder is stored for later use.

3. Screening for Use

When the powder is needed for production, it is taken from storage and fed into an electric screener or dual‑outlet electric powder screener. By changing the mesh size, any desired particle size can be obtained. The dual‑outlet model can simultaneously produce two different grades, improving efficiency. The screened powder is then ready for reuse.
