The SK-ES60-2 Dual-Outlet Electric Powder Screener is an upgraded model based on our single‑outlet screener. It enables two‑stage separation in one machine: with a single feed, the unit simultaneously outputs fine and coarse materials. This significantly improves classification efficiency and reduces process steps. It is ideal for production scenarios that require strict particle size control.

Working Principle
The SK-ES60-2 uses vibration screening with two built‑in screen layers of different mesh sizes. A vibration motor generates stable 3D oscillation, driving the screen body. Material flows from top to bottom through the coarse and fine screens:

Particles larger than the coarse mesh – are retained and discharged through the coarse outlet.

Particles between the coarse and fine mesh – fall onto the fine screen and are discharged through the fine outlet.

Particles smaller than the fine mesh – can be collected as ultra‑fine powder or directed to the next process.
This achieves one‑feed, two‑outlet continuous classification.
