Medical PTFE Single-Lumen Tubing

SUKO supplies custom medical PTFE single-lumen tubing in standard AWG and customer-specified sizes. ISO 13485:2016 quality management and Class 10,000 cleanroom manufacturing are available for medical tubing projects.

SUKO provides medical PTFE single-lumen tubing for catheter components, fluid-delivery channels, guidewire passages, electrical insulation and other precision medical device assemblies.

The standard range covers an ID of 0.25-8.69 mm, an OD of 0.60-9.38 mm and wall thicknesses of 0.23-0.50 mm. Custom tubing can be developed with an OD of 0.20-20 mm and an ID of 0.10-18 mm.

SK5 Extrusion Equipment for Precision Medical PTFE Tubing

SUKO manufactures the SK5 series for precision medical PTFE tubing production. It can be configured for selected single-lumen tubes, thin-wall tubes, liners, capillary tubes and other small-diameter PTFE tubing.

The SK5-20 PRO MAX covers an OD range of approximately 0.3-3 mm and a wall thickness of 0.025-0.2 mm. It is mainly used for custom small-diameter and ultra-thin-wall tubing.

The SK5-30 PRO covers an OD range of approximately 0.5-5 mm and a wall thickness of 0.05-0.5 mm. It can produce many standard medical PTFE single-lumen tubing dimensions from approximately AWG 30 to AWG 7.

Larger single-lumen tubing requires another suitable SUKO paste-extrusion configuration. The final equipment model depends on the required OD, ID, wall thickness, tolerance and production capacity.
