PTFE Hose
SUKO manufactures paste-extruded PTFE Hose for chemical fluid lines, laboratory equipment, medical device components, semiconductor systems and other precision applications.
Unlike corrugated hose, this tubing has smooth inner and outer surfaces. Its low-friction bore is suitable for transferring liquids or gases. It can also protect wires, sensors and small components.
Reference manufacturing capabilities include outside diameters from 0.3 to 70 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.025 to 2 mm. However, available combinations depend on the required tolerance, material, hose structure and application.

Not every outside diameter and wall thickness combination is available. Final specifications depend on dimensional tolerance, material grade, hose structure and application requirements.

Upgraded SK5 Precision Extrusion Line
The upgraded SK5 extrusion line focuses on smaller diameters, thinner walls and tighter dimensional control. It is suitable for precision PTFE tubing used in medical device components, laboratory systems and other applications where stable small dimensions are required.
Reference SK5 models:
- SK5-30 PRO: OD 0.5-5 mm, wall thickness 0.05-0.5 mm
- SK5-20 PRO MAX: OD 0.3-3 mm, wall thickness 0.025-0.2 mm
