This wasn’t a standard unit off the shelf – the customer needed specific dimensions, higher temperature capability, local power compatibility, and reinforced construction to handle heavy loads.
What made this furnace different?
The customer’s requirements were clear:

Internal chamber size: 2000 × 2000 × 2000 mm – big enough for large PTFE components or high‑volume batch processing.

Temperature: at least 500°C maximum operating temperature, well above typical sintering ranges.

Power supply: 400V, 3‑phase, 50Hz – matched exactly to South Africa‘s industrial standard, so no transformer needed.

Structural strength: channel steel reinforcement added at the base to support heavy workpieces and maintain long‑term stability.
The furnace also includes suko’s standard PLC control system with multi‑segment temperature programming, hot air circulation for even heating, and stainless steel internal liners.
How we made sure it works
Before shipment, we ran full‑load heat‑up tests and checked temperature uniformity inside the chamber. The furnace reached above 500°C stably, and the reinforced base showed no deformation under load. The customer will also receive remote commissioning support and a detailed English manual.
