The SF400 series delivers performance comparable to similar‑class machines from Japan, Germany, and the USA, with a design that has been proven across thousands of installations in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and mineral processing plants.

Why users choose the SF400:

  • Mobile design – Four casters, no foundation required. Move between lines easily.

  • Quiet operation – Enclosed sound‑insulated collection chamber.

  • Cool running – Built‑in cooling system controls temperature.

  • High speed – 3,680 rpm delivers fine powder in one pass.

Two models

Model Chamber material Best for
SF400A 65Mn steel General materials (herbs, minerals, chemicals)
SF400B 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel Acid‑resistant, high‑purity applications (pharma, food)

How it works – impact milling

Material enters the chamber and is struck by a single row of six high‑speed hammers, then breaks against the toothed ring. Airflow carries powder through a screen into a collection bag – no residue.

Operating guidelines

  • Place on a level surface – no bolting needed.
  • Check rotation direction against arrow before feeding.
  • Run empty for 30 seconds first – listen for unusual sounds.
  • Feed evenly, avoid overload. If material is moist or sticky, dry it or use a coarser screen.
  • Choose screen mesh for target fineness – one pass usually enough.
  • Stop if internal temperature exceeds 60°C (at 3,680 rpm). Cool before resuming.
  • Clean chamber when switching materials.
  • Check bearing grease regularly; if darkened, clean and apply No.2 aviation grease.

Customer case – Russia

A polymer processor in Russia needed to pulverize both brittle recycled plastics and slightly oily PTFE rejects. They chose the SF400B (stainless steel version) for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning between batches. After months of three‑shift operation, the machine showed no wear on hammers or chamber. Downtime for mesh changes is under five minutes, and the built‑in cooling keeps bearing temperature stable even with oily materials.

Quality & support

SuKo Polymer Machine Tech Co., Ltd. holds CE, ISO & SGS certifications. Every SF400 is test‑run before shipping.
